Directions:

Place a Shower Steamer on the floor of the shower, or on the shower ledge, where it will be lightly sprinkled by the running water. As it begins to fizz, the essential oils are released to create soothing vapours. Shower as usual,  breathing deeply to enjoy the benefits of aromatherapy.
